("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at seafoobjqb.live and our brow shaping and design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We specialise in professional brow shaping and design services for clients in the Netherlands and surrounding regions.
seafoobjqb provides professional brow shaping and design services including but not limited to eyebrow shaping, tinting, design consultations, and maintenance treatments. All services are provided by qualified professionals at our studio location. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by seafoobjqb. We require accurate personal information for booking purposes. Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT. Package deals and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our cancellation policy or in cases of service failure on our part.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. In cases where we must cancel due to illness or emergency, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Clients must provide accurate health information and disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect treatment. You must follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by our staff. Clients are responsible for informing us of any concerns or discomfort during treatment. You must be honest about previous brow treatments or procedures. Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment results and safety.
We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with Dutch health regulations. Patch tests may be required for certain treatments, particularly tinting services. Clients with certain medical conditions, allergies, or who are pregnant should consult with healthcare providers before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of seafoobjqb B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Our service techniques, processes, and business methods are proprietary to seafoobjqb. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, seafoobjqb B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results from our treatments. Individual results may vary based on factors including skin type, hair growth patterns, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
seafoobjqb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government regulations, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments or provide alternative arrangements.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or complaints. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution services. EU consumers can access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with or without cause. seafoobjqb reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the relationship with any client who violates these terms, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to our staff or other clients. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations including payment for services rendered shall remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice through email or other communication methods. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision. This ensures that the overall agreement remains binding and enforceable.
