We recommend booking your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability at your preferred time. However, we often have same-day or next-day appointments available, so don't hesitate to call if you need a last-minute booking.

Your first visit will begin with a thorough consultation where we discuss your brow goals, analyse your face shape, and recommend the best treatment plan. We'll explain each step of the process and ensure you're comfortable before beginning any treatment.

Treatment times vary depending on the service: consultations take 15-20 minutes, brow shaping takes 30-45 minutes, tinting takes 20-30 minutes, and combination treatments can take 60-90 minutes. We'll provide an estimated time when you book.

Yes! We offer several package deals including our Complete Transformation Package and Maintenance Package. Regular clients also receive discounts on maintenance treatments. Ask us about our current offers when you book.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
